For those looking to train on only one piece of equipment at a time, National Training has created individual 2 week training courses on 4 different types of heavy equipment: bulldozer, articulated loader, excavator, and tractor loader backhoe. National Training’s Tractor Loader Backhoe Heavy Equipment Course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the operation, maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting practices associated with tractor loader backhoes. Students will gain knowledge and skills in the areas of safety guidelines, basic equipment operation and maintenance, and the use of blueprints and schematics. The course will also cover topics such as soil types, trenching, backfilling, and basic job site preparation.
This course is taught by experienced instructors who have practical knowledge of the construction industry and will include classroom and simulator instruction. Students will learn how to perform basic repairs, conduct machine inspections, and troubleshoot common tractor loader backhoe issues. Throughout the course, students will engage in hands-on practice using tractor loader backhoe equipment, ensuring that they have a realistic understanding of the job functions and challenges associated with this type of equipment operation.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be prepared for a variety of tractor loader backhoe jobs in construction, agriculture, and other industries. Graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion and an entry into the NCCER Registry for Tractor Loader Backhoes.
